From Then
Meras Water Solutions was founded on the belief that we can do more for our customers. Bryan O’Connell, founder, began his career working with water treatment companies that prized customer service and innovation. Over the years, he began to see an unfortunate trend as small- to medium-sized companies were bought up by large international companies. Consequently, the things Bryan loved most about this business became harder and harder to find. He wanted to change that.

Dan Lindberg
CEODan likes to say that he works for his team. He can often be found working alongside the sales and service teams in the field, partnering on water treatment services to better serve Meras customers. Dan has a rich background in agriculture and irrigation. He joined the Meras team in 2012 and quickly learned the relationship between water treatment management and its effects on crop yield and health.

Ag Water SpecialistDylan started working on his family's ranch when he was just eight years old and went on to graduate from California State University, Fresno with an agriculture business degree. Dylan joined the Meras team in 2015 and serves Fresno, Madera, Kings, and Tulare Counties.

Industrial Division ManagerTyler comes to Meras with a deep understanding of steam generators and open recirculating cooling towers, with a background in high efficiency process manufacturing equipment. Possessing an ASSE 12080 Legionella Water Safety Specialist certification, Tyler has developed and deployed water management plans for a variety of hospitals and other health care facilities. He applies his vast technical knowledge daily and enjoys problem solving.
